Terms and Conditions
Bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail and a deposit cheque will secure. Please email to bobmarshall37@btinternet.com or call Bob on 07715050851 to check availability.
Once the trip has been booked the balance in cash will be due on the day of the trip. If the client cancels the trip the deposit may be forfeited.
When the whole boat is booked (for the period agreed) it is regardless of the number of persons to a maximum of ten.
If for any reason, the skipper cancels the trip a later date will be offered. If the dates offered are not agreeable, a full refund of the deposit will be made.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
If weather conditions deteriorate whilst at sea the skipper reserves the right to cut short the trip and payment will be due only on the part completed.
Children under the age of 12 may only be carried under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Top quality Rods and tackle are available for hire on board. Please take care when using these. Any loss or damage caused by misuse or negligence may be charged at cost.
Duke lV provides you with all the safety equipment required by the MCA code 2. Please act with due care and attention at all times.
Conditions at sea can be very changeable and the sun powerful so please ensure you bring appropriate clothing and footwear (No studded boots please).
Duke IV is a stable boat but consider taking seasick medication if required.
